Harriet Sobie Goldstein majored in Studio Art at Hunter College of the City of New York, where she studied visual arts with Tony Smith.  

Her work includes oil paintings on canvas and monoprints on paper, and focuses on creating a series on diverse themes, including most recently:

  • landscapes from a bird's eye view
  • dogs and their people
  • intricate abstract visions

She is currently Vice-President for Exhibitions with Salute to Women in the Arts, a non-profit organization based in Northern New Jersey. She is a member of the Phoenix Gallery in NYC, and has exhibited her work throughout the New York Metro Region.
